Shipping charges are based on the content and destination of your order. To calculate your shipping charge, please add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You do not enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost have been selected.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Including Canada)
- US Domestic orders ship by default through UPS as we have negotiated the best rates and can guarantee delivery. You do have an option to upgrade to UPS 2 Day for an additional charge.
- We also offer USPS Priority shipping, which takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
- We have also added a USPS Priority Express flat rate box option for orders weighing less than 2 pounds. This option features guaranteed overnight delivery for smaller orders. This does not apply to posters and oversized items that will not fit in the boxes.
- All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS.
Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we only charge the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
International Shipping Options: Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the contents of your order and the country to which the order is being shipped. Basic International Shipping Information:
- International orders ship via UPS Worldwide by default. We also now offer UPS Mail Innovations, which includes individual package tracking for our International customers. UPS Expedited and USPS International Priority are also available at an additional charge. Unfortunately, via USPS we are not provided signature delivery so we cannot guarantee delivery.
- Due to possible border restrictions, International orders may sometimes take up to 5-6 weeks for delivery. Please contact customs or your local postal service as your order may be held for inspection or duties.
Consolidated Shipping Option: This method is very cost effective as long as you are not in need of the items right away. Please be aware the average shipping times can vary depending on the Country, local Customs offices, and the size of the town being shipped to. These factors can lead to a delay in delivery time - shipping may take up to 6-8 weeks in some cases, however, average delivery times are typically 2-4 weeks.
International Shipping(Canada): Rock and Roll T-Shirts has entered into a special program with UPS for the entry fees, the eBP Program, which is detailed below. Customers are still liable for Canadian duties and taxes.
- Customers will be a charged a flat entry fee of $10.00 for their orders.
- Discount of up to 74% when your total transaction is less than $200 CAD.
International Shipping Information(WITH TRACKING):
- UPS Mail Innovations is a new feature for our International customers.
- Individual Order Tracking is now available, bringing peace of mind as you can now track your International order with this option.
- Average delivery times for most countries are 7-10 business days.
- Payment must be made in advance on International orders.
- We do not accept Cash on Delivery orders.
You may return most new and unopened items sold and fulfilled within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less the original shipping and handling costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Choosing the wrong size is not our error - if you are unsure of what size to order, please feel free to contact us and we can advise you to the best of our ability.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks of mailing your return shipment, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes: the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note it may take your bank several business days to process the return to your account. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a store credit.
To submit a return:
Go to the "My Account" page and click on the order the item is in for return under Orders (See Orders). There you will see a list of any activity you have had in the Rock and Roll T Shirts store. Click on the date of the order you wish to return, and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see a button that says: "Request a Return". Follow the instructions there and then mail your request, the item and a copy of your packing slip to our warehouse. The return info is all included on your original packing slip.

If you want to exchange items in your order, please make sure to include a check for $10.00 made payable to Dreamer Media LLC. This fee covers our restocking fee and shipment of exchange item back to you. Also include in package, you order #, name, phone number, address, and email. Please specify the correct size/item that you need. International orders need to call our office to make arrangements for exchanges - please call 615-258-1026 x405
