DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping charges are based on the contents and destination of your order. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. (You do not enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost has been selected).

US Domestic orders ship by default through UPS as we have negotiated the best rates and can guarantee delivery. You do have an option to upgrade to UPS 2 Day for an additional charge. We also offer USPS which take 7-14 business days for delivery. We have recently added a flat rate box option for orders under 2 pounds. This does not apply to posters and oversized items that will not fit in the boxes. All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Including Canada)

Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the contents of your order and the country to which the order is being shipped. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. (You do not enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost has been selected)

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Rock and Roll T-Shirts has entered into a special program with UPS for the Entry Fees - the eBP program, the Canadian consumer will be charged a flat entry fee of $10.00 which is a discount of up to 74% when your total transaction is less than $200 CAD. Customers are still liable for Canadian duties and taxes.

International orders ship via UPS Worldwide by default. UPS Expedited and USPS International Priority are also available. Unfortunately, via USPS we are not provided signature delivery so we can not guarantee deilvery. Due to possible border restrictions, International delivery may sometimes take up to 5 weeks. Please contact customs, or your local postal service as your order may be held for inspection or duties.

Consolidated Shipping Rate - Average 10 -16 business days to most major cities. No tracking or delivery confirmation offered. Postal Delivery in most areas. This method is very cost effective as long as you are not in need of the items right away. The average shipping time is 10-16 business days, depending on the Country and the size of the town the order is shipping to. This is an estimated time frame and not guaranteed. Some countries and locations can take additional time to deliver.

RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less original shipping and handling costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Choosing the wrong size is not our error - if you are unsure of what size to order, please feel free to contact us and we can advise you to the best of our ability.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing your return shipment, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a store credit.

To submit a return

- go to the "My Account" page and click on the order the item is in for return under Orders (See Orders.) There you will see a list of any activity you have had in the Rock and Roll T Shirts store. Click on the the date of the order you wish to return, and scroll to the bottom of hte page. You will see a button that says "Request a Return". Follow the instructions there and then mail your request, the item and a copy of your packing slip to our warehouse. The return info is all included on your original packing slip.

EXCHANGES
