DAY OF SHOW INFO re: ARRIVAL TIME, MEET LOCATION, ETC.
You will be receiving an email 1-2 days before the show with info regarding specific arrival time.
Please hang tight, we know the anxiousness and excitement will be through the roof! Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide any specific details about the Meet & Greet prior to 2 days before the show date. These are real tours, with real musicians, whose daily schedules are constantly changing from day to day.
We thank you in advance for your patience with us on this matter.
If it's helpful, Dwight's Meet & Greet typically takes place before his set (keep in mind that sometimes this is during an opening act). You can plan on arriving close to the time doors open to make sure you have time to get everything you need from the box office, find your Meet & Greet meeting location, and relax for a minute before meeting the man! But again – we can't confirm this specifically until 1-2 days before the show.
NAME TRANSFERS on VIP PACKAGES
Yes, we can transfer names on the package you've purchased if it is meant to be a gift or if your friend/family member will be attending the show instead of yourself.
We will need the full name of the person who will be attending, along with your order number, your full name & the email used to originally purchase the VIP package. Please also let us know which show you'll be attending (venue, date of show).
Upgrade Packages DO NOT come with a ticket to the show.
Please note that we cannot allow entry into any of our VIP events without a ticket to the show. That being said, if you still need to purchase a ticket to the show for which you have already purchased an Upgrade Package, you will have to do so through the venue.
GIFT CERTIFICATE CODES
Please note that the email we send you with your gift certificate code could accidentally end up in your spam folder. It's a good idea to check this folder before contacting us – might just save you a little time! Shoot us an email ([email protected]) if it was indeed lost in cyberspace.
We will need your full name, order number, and the email address used to place the original order.
If you already have your gift codes but they are not working, please check to be sure you're using them correctly.
The code is to be typed into the "Gift Certificate" field, not the "Coupon Code" field.
NO OUTSIDE CAMERAS, MEMORABILIA FOR SIGNATURE, ETC, ALLOWED
Unfortunately, due to regulations, we cannot allow outside cameras, beverages, or misc. items to be signed to be brought into the VIP event under any circumstances.
You are welcome to contact the venue directly to inquire about their policy on the matter for the show portion of the evening.
SHIPPING re: GOODIES THAT COME WITH YOUR VIP PACKAGE PURCHASE
Please note that nothing is mailed unless explicitly informed that a piece of your purchased package is to be mailed.
Tickets & passes/laminates are, 99% of the time, to be picked up at Will Call at the venue's box office on the day of the show.
Your VIP laminates are to be picked up at Will Call at the venue's box office on the day of the show. These will allow you access into the VIP event.
VIP laminates will never have anyone’s name on them, other than the name of the artist for which you have purchased a package.
They are simply your entry into the VIP event and are for you to have a special souvenir to take home with you from the show/event.
There are no refunds for purchasing a package and then realizing you cannot attend. Sorry.
If you've purchased several VIP passes and someone in your group realizes they are not able to attend, we are not able to refund you for the unused passes. Sorry.
If you'd like to transfer the name on your package for other attendees to be able to use the unused passes, we are happy to make that update. We will need the full name of the person who will be attending, along with your order number, your full name & the original email used to purchase the package. Please also let us know which show you'll be attending (venue, date of show).
We only issue refunds if the venue itself or the artist themselves have canceled that stop on their tour. Sorry.
If you've purchased your VIP package through Ticketmaster, Crowdsurge, or MusicToday we absolutely cannot issue a refund for you - you are welcome to contact those companies directly.
We do our very best to make these VIP events special for each and every one of our clients; we and the band appreciate all of our clients and fans and thank you sincerely for your business and dedication to spreading the love of music.
